yes but they are trying to clean that up... FIFA did tell the ref to call the dirty shots and they didnt and i not just saying that for italy they didnt call alot of plays where the players were diving for PK or FK.

So, the foul in the first half that was deemed a penalty kick for France, you really think there was a foul committed there?

All I'm saying is that the calls go both ways eventually, period. They make some calls for things that arent there, and they miss some. It goes for and against both teams. You seem to think that Italy is the only team that ever did anything wrong.

1. An own goal against the USA.
2. A PK goal in the final.

That's it.
Here's why Italy didn't deserve to win - they would have lost to Australia if not for a lucky call / stupid move (depending on how you saw it). Italy was a man down, about to go into a 30 minute overtime against a team that had outplayed them the entire game. If not for the lucky PK call, Italy would have lost to Australia. Hell, they tied the US, and we played terribly. That is why Italy doesn't deserve to win.

the same can be said for any other team at one point or another. i can say the same exact thing for portugal vs. france. so it's meaningless.

no but italy and Portugal are the 2 dirtiest teams. Do you really think a player like Zidane(who won the gold ball trophy for the world cup) would jepordize his last match in the wolrd cup finals and hit a player when the score is 1-1 because he is has a bad temper? i could see that from ronney but Zidane no. Materazzi said something pretty awfull and the whole italian team is known for playing like that. More then the French, or England or Brazil ect...

how do you know? i am not justifying what he did i applaude hom though. I am not even mad that Zidane was given a red card... if one of the official saw him. i dont care for him. What i am saying is there is a reason why he did it. and the reason in clear he was provoked by Materazzi.

And Reno get you head out of your ass... it's a fact that they dirty players. you either are in denial or you dont know shit about soccer. they have always been dirty faking player and they probably always will be unless FIFA really does codemn the players that use this strategy.
