I'm gonna pay the registration for now, cause it's due tomorrow. After that, I'll figure out how I can get around this little problem. :rick:

there has to be something u can do. go above the idiot county clerks. as far as your account going to collections. send a letter to the credit reporting bureaus explaining why it went into collections. u r no longer the owner and the new owner didnt register the bike. i would think there would be a statute of limitations on liability, on file, somewhere in your state on situations like this.
