Who else here bites their nails alot?
I always have and I'm trying to stop. I got some stuff called Thum that works semi decently, but I'm still doing it, although not as often.
What are some ways to stop?

It use to be a NASTY habit of mine...I would bit the nail to almost nothing, and then peel the nail back layer by layer until half of my nail bed was exposed...If I had some pics, I think the smiley following woulf be the :barf: smiley
