List your goals up, short term and long term.

Get up to 190 with no more then 14% bf
Break the 300 mark for bench again
Long Term :
Be ready for a local BB Competion by next August
Place at least second in a competion in the next two years
List them up.
I will also be working on a FAQ and beginners guide for anyone that wants to get into working out and they have a lot of questions. If anyone has input on either of those, PM me.

1.) Reach 300lbs body weight (currently at 290)
2.) Break 315 on the bench (285 right now) (ie. 10lbs a month for 12 months = 120 lbs, so other goal is to bench over 400)
3.) Be well over 400lbs on the squat (315 right now)
4.) Make my agility/quickness/speed thru the roof

You can do it. I was doing 315 @ 156, so you can do it, but it will take a lot of work and determination. Diet and sleep are more key than weight.
