Short Term: lose the last 10 lbs and get under 180. Start developing my abs and defining my back.

Get to 4 plates on the decline bench. I'm at 3 + a quarter


Long Term: get a sweet ass.

i go monday, wednesday, and friday.

i usually work on chest on wednesday, and i would start off with bench, then incline bench, then incline free-weight press. usually if there is a machine free, i would add another set to this.
