Well to be honest, you should have 2 sets of breakfast, one that is high carb to get your metabolism going, and a second about 30 minutes later that is high protein that will help keep you full.
You GI (glycemic index) will help you burn fat if you use it correctly.

but for the past two weeks ive been eating eggo waffles (not the healthies choice but hella :yumyum
as a start-up, then a banana about an hr later w/ some cashews or other nuts. then a solid lunch like a tuna salad sandwich w/ soup or something.
