Workout Crew - Suppliment ?
Anyone use Xyience? I was looking at the NOX-CG3 stuff, but it's bloody expensive and I'm not sure if it's worth it. At 2 scoops a day, it'd cost about $120/mo to continue using it. If you use the stuff, what are your thoughts and experiences with it?

I drink like 128 oz of water a day. I currently use Celltech Advanced Creatine Formula and have noticed great gains and the ability to push harder. No complaints there, just curious about this other stuff. Said to have 3 types of creatine and it's to be taken before a workout instead of after. I also drink a whey protein shake once or twice a day that contains 22g of protein.

I wouldn't use Xycience or Celltech, that's just me.
I think NO products are lame, I'll have to find the articles I used to have about them.
My recommendations are a good protein, a good mico creatine monohydrate or CEE if you prefer, joint supplements and proper diet.
