it's all about your diet.

Right now, you're at the heaviest you can be. Even with an altered meal plan and slight workout, you can drop 10lbs in 1 week.

no sugar (non-diet pops, candy, etc)
no fried foods (fries, burgers)
no dairy (cheese, sour cream, non-slim milk)
and no mayo, no non-fat free salad dressing

and watch those meal portions. :squint:

In the past month and a half I've gone from about 210 to 185. I do mostly cardio at the gym (usually go for an hour and a half every day).

My diet hasn't been as good the past few weeks though, and the weight isn't coming off as fast.
