Default Thinkin bout buying a Regular Dodge Neon

Well....things aint work out like i was hoping so i need a cheap car to last me for another year or 2. I will also be passing it on to my sister when i get rid of it. I dont want to get something like a high mileage civic...preferably something with around 50k miles. Im only going to be spending close to 8k for it so that i can pay it off rather quickly. I know i'll prolly get flamed ...and No SRT no care...but blow me :db:

Oooh. The build quality on those are complete crap. They break for no damn reason too.

If I were looking for a budget ride, ever consider a Scion xA? Those are pretty good for 12 or 13K.

hmmm ... 8k is good chunk of cash.

If you don't drive a lot, a new Neon might be a good idea. After 2 years, you should still be covered under the 3/36K

buying used though, you can get something pretty good for $8k. i would be wary of a used neon. you will be littered with problems.

Focus ZX3 > Neon coupe or sedan....

IMO. But I guess it's important that the car meet the needs.

Why the hell would you get a Neon when you have 8 grand? :eh: You can get a Civic or Accord that may have 50k more miles on it but it'll last about 5 times longer. You do not want to be inside of a Neon for more than 5 minutes, those things ride, drive and look God awful.
