to you it's a waste of money, to me I can retire, sell my house and move just about anywhere in the country and buy a similar sized house and live out my life in very very good comfort.

yea all these people say they wouldnt move or pay that much, but if you think about it,if lets say me(my parents) sell our home and move out there in the middle of nowhere, where would they work, its not like a metropolitan area like norcal or socal . like rick said its best to retire out there.
