or town for that matter. In downtown boulder 1 mil can buy you a 1200sq/ft condo or it can buy you a 40 acre 4000sq/ft prarie palace 30 miles away. Is one more of a bargain than the other? Absolutely not... market value is dictated by one factor and one factor alone... what a willing buyer will pay.
