All car dealerships, new and used, have lemon laws.

I haven't actually spoken with the salesman myself, my friend has. He says they are very professional, very similar to the experience we had at a Subaru dealer two weeks ago. I'm just gonna print out a checklist of things to check on the car tomorrow. Hopefully we will catch anything major, but it's things like replacing airbags with rocks that will be difficult to catch. :happysad:

For new cars yes. Not for used cars, especially if they are sold As-Is.

lemon laws are not at the dealership level. they are at the corporate level, and a used car, just as kestrel said, if sold as-is, you're screwed. in fact, being sold as-is tells you something right off the bat.
