indeed, I love my TEG but I can just get Liability on the eclipse for 2500 and lower my insurance from 2500 every 6mnths. How bad is the reliability on the eclipse?

Being short on money and in high school, I can sell my teg w/ 53k on it for 10 or 11 and put some towards the eclipse and some towards college which is comming up fast.

I of course plan on looking things over, maybe rebuilding the head, and changing the turbo to make things more reliable.

It's not the turbo that isn't reliable. It's the bottom end. Crappy ass metal, poor bearing seats and a weak crankshaft = Crapsubishi FTL

I am having trouble affording my teg thou and trust me I love the car, but its not even vtec, I think for where I am in my life, in order to prep for college and not have worries this could be the way to go, if I were older it would be different but w/ a 5k a year insurance bill, I can't afford my teg.

Well, for 2500 there has to be something wrong and with 12xxxx miles the bottom end is going to give soon.
