it came out way nicer than i had imagined, i was pretty stoked to see how nice it came out...

sorry, no pics cuz holly has the digital camera and hiding that all from her might not be so easy....

so anyway, i thought we were going to her parents this weekend, i was gonna talk to the old man.... but we arent, she is going next weekend, im going to hang with a couple of my college room mates, do some boozin... i think i might just call her dad and talk to him on the phone but i dont want to look like im coppin out on him.... but if i dont call him, who knows when ill be able to talk to him...

anyway, im rambling now :blah:

 

that would be weirdest part for me.. calling her dad.

 

i get along with her dad pretty well and everybody has seen this coming for a while now so its not like it will shock him... but yeah im a little weird about randomly bringin that up...

 

id rather talk to him in person than on the phone, it is kind of a big thing.

 

I agree. Its not really something you call up about, unless they live far away. It seems like it would be best to do it in person. Take him out for a round.

 

id rather do it in person but he is an hour and a half away.... not exactly easy to just shoot up there and meet him for a drink, then just come home.... especially without her gettin wise... i talked to a couple of friends, they used phone calls and said nobody thought any less of it... im gonna make the call tonight :noes:

I never asked for my father in-laws blessing mostly because I don't like him and I really didn't want to get into a conversation with him.
