my $0.02

i dont do cardio on the same days as heavy lifting, because my body is already drained. you could combine some of your lifting (such as chest and biceps) into one day.

also i seperate major exercises like squats/lunges, deadlifts, and clean/press into different days.

u may want to divide you lifting into 2 days upper on one day, lower on another and follow them both by cardio..if u r lifting real heavy then make cardio for another day..if u choose to do both in the same day then do wts first, otherwise the cardio may make u too tired to lift with proper form and benefit..i do the wt lifting and cardio on separate days..the more muscle u have the faster the fat comes off.. cardio will burn both fat and muscle so keep doing both types of exercise.. belly fat can be gotten rid of with diet changes also..

i could be mistaken, but i believe if you run prior to your lifting, it'll help you burn more fat. as opposed to running afterwards which helps you when you wanna get bigger while doing cardio as well.

actually no, this isnt a good practice.

If you want to run, do it on a seperate routine. If you want to warm up by jogging, no more than 5 minutes.

If you run before, you will use up the energy you will need for lifting, and your body will eat muscle.

If you run after, you body will eat the newly made muscle because you used all the nutrients you had by lifting.

If you want a decent routine, look at Max-OT or look at my thread last week or so. Keep muscle groups that compliment each other on the same day so that they can heal in the same time frame. Don't do upper body workouts two days in a row since most muscles are used moving the weights around.

Get a lot of sleep to let our muscles recooperate and rebuild, and also eat small meals throughout the day, although I know you are not fond of breakfast.
