If you want a decent routine, look at Max-OT or look at my thread last week or so. Keep muscle groups that compliment each other on the same day so that they can heal in the same time frame. Don't do upper body workouts two days in a row since most muscles are used moving the weights around.

Get a lot of sleep to let our muscles recooperate and rebuild, and also eat small meals throughout the day, although I know you are not fond of breakfast.
Exactly, do a 3-day split routine with 2 days Max OT Cardio. Either that or split your cardio up from your lifting, like AM/PM.
