actually no, this isnt a good practice.
If you want to run, do it on a seperate routine. If you want to warm up by jogging, no more than 5 minutes.
If you run before, you will use up the energy you will need for lifting, and your body will eat muscle.
If you run after, you body will eat the newly made muscle because you used all the nutrients you had by lifting.
If you want a decent routine, look at Max-OT or look at my thread last week or so. Keep muscle groups that compliment each other on the same day so that they can heal in the same time frame. Don't do upper body workouts two days in a row since most muscles are used moving the weights around.
Get a lot of sleep to let our muscles recooperate and rebuild, and also eat small meals throughout the day, although I know you are not fond of breakfast.
