I gained 8lbs last month...had to take the last week and a half off due to a shoulder injury..I'm going to try lifting on thursday and see how it goes.

5'7"
Start weight: 133lbs
Current weight: 141lbs
Goal weight: 153+lbs
Current max bench: ???? Probably around 215lbs
Goal max bench: 300lbs

I don't know my body fat percentage, but I'm not going to worry about cutting until the springtime.

How much is a membership to a gym usually? I am a scrawny 6 footer and am tired of the skinny jokes h: . Besides, I have been wanting to workout for a while.

Depends on the area you are in. I know of gyms here that have them for $30 a month, but there are others that are more name brand gyms that are around $75 a month

I have no plans of stopping, and those workouts are on different days, I seperate them into three days

I will make my goals, there is no doubt. And I am willing to sacrifice a lot of free time and alcohol to get it

Start Weight: 240
Current weight: 222

The holidays are killing me, but I make it to the gym 3-4 times a week. I do cardio and my weight lifting is just the cybex machines at the gym. I need to check out the proper way to do other exercises with the free weights to mix up my routine. I have stayed the same weight for about a month, even gaining a pound or two, but I have definitely increased my muscle mass
