94civicex, i looked at it, i dont want to look like that, im a girl..i follow Kathy Smith's lift wts to lose wts vol 1 video super setting total body and various of her other videos, i mix them up.. i do the lifting video 2 times a week, not 2 times a day every day.. my routine is working for me.. that time includes the warm up, the cool down and stretching out on the exercise ball its very efficient.. i had to have foot surgery this yr and was off any serious exercising since march.. i had fine muscle definition before i had to have the surgery.. so ive just recently started back up with the lifting, ive been stuck with cardio... im 5.7'' 115 to 120lb.. im lean and toned, im trying to get back to where i was..
