It varies........
Most of the time I wear just dress pants and a dress shirt and a tie once in awhile.
Fridays I just go business casual or sometimes shorts and a t-shirt
If I have a meeting with some of the bigger lenders I'll wear a nice suit..........but thats only maybe once a month if that

so i guess im not sure exactly where in the mortgage business you work? do you deal directly with those borrowing the money or do you work for a company like MorPAC or CUC or something where you process mortgages for banking institutions etc. (not to go too far OT but j/w)
