M-Thursday: khakis with a collared shirt and formal shoes. Sometimes I get away with New Balance shoes.
Friday: Casual day. Last week I came in with a t-shirt that says "Assume the Position" and flip-flops. I dont think my boss was impressed

white shirt, suit pants and tie with professional shoes every day.
full suit when I've got meetings to go to.
even though everyone has to wear professional clothing, I manage to dress just a little nicer then the big wigs at my office.

When I worked I wore Levi's and t-shirts. In the winter I wore flannel shirts with my Levi's.
