It varies........

Most of the time I wear just dress pants and a dress shirt and a tie once in awhile.

Fridays I just go business casual or sometimes shorts and a t-shirt

If I have a meeting with some of the bigger lenders I'll wear a nice suit..........but thats only maybe once a month if that
