workout squad, i need your input

Protein doesn't make you bigger. It helps you add muscle mass by giving you more stamina/energy. I ordered mine from allstarhealth.com

im no dietician. but if i were you id just eat more protein like chicken breasts/eggs/steak and lift high reps to get cut up. protein shakes are too much imo. the last thing you want is to get bigger and run slower

but i want buff legs h: i'll try it out, and if i get too big, like the hulk, i'll stop. but i doubt i'll get so big i lose dexterity

do squats and take protein shakes for buff legs

it will be difficult to run and squat heavy weights simutaneously

It'd take a long time to get that big...protein will def help you get stronger. Lift a lot of reps at moderate weight, and you'll be good to go.

Sorry, thread is a few days old, but why don't you want to take creatine again? One of my science teachers said it was one of the few shakes/powders that he recommended because that and protein are what build muscle.

Not to mention when I lifted over the summer I combo'd Protein shakes and Creatine and got pretty big / recovered quickly.

howd you hold up after you cycled/quit taking creatine? jus seems iffy at this pt for me
