No thanks. :hsd: All that does is obliterate the flavor of the meat and introduce way too much hydrogenated oil.

My method lets the natural flavor of the meat come through, which is what I prefer. h:

brown chicken in a pan (I prefer thighs)
when 90% cooked, dump a can of mushroom soup in the pan
eat

This book is awesome for easy cooking like the above:

For super quick n easy, just throw it in a ziploc bag with soy sauce and lotsa chopped garlic. You can get chopped garlic in a jar that's close enough to using fresh chopped garlic. Then throw some oil in a pan and sear the chicken over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side, then throw it in the oven for like 20-30 mins (depending on how big your breasts are :reechy:) at 300 degrees. The garlic cooks up sweet tasting so use a whole ton of it.

Here's another one you can do, I don't feel like retyping: https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=141166

The alcohol cooks away and it steams the chicken from the inside.

They even make little stands where you put the beer in the middle and it holds up the chicken a little off the can itself for better cooking.
