Marinate the chicken in Italian Dressing. Then throw on George Forman Grill. Enjoy.

I also enjoy it with bbq sauce but you already know that recipe :chuckles:

1) buy chicken breasts...WITH skin!
2) season the skin with pepper, salt, and garlic salt/powder
3) preheat oven to 350ºF
4) place seasoned breats (on baking sheet) in center of oven
5) check in one hour
6) remove, enjoy with some rice

1.
a. poke holes in breasts with fork
b. season with salt, fresh ground pepper, mrs. dash chicken seasoning
c. Smear with Jack Daniels Grilling Sauce
d. Grill, continue adding sauce after flipping

2.
a. Go to costco/albertsons, buy Foster Farms premarinated boneless/skinless chicken breasts. My fav is Lemon & Herb...there's also teriyaki and garlic/herb I believe.
b. Grill.

3.
a. Make your own marinade (I have a great recipe for marinade/bbq sauce)
b. Poke holes in breasts, place in ziploc bag, marinate overnight.
c. Grill, pour on marinade during grilling, use extra for dipping sauce.

Maybe we need to have a BBQ meat, and you can try out my marinade. :rick:
