Did your Rodimus Majors have that tape though? It looks like a piece of tape on top of the factory tape. The auction clearly said MISB, and from the window, it looks like the twist ties and rubberbands are in place. I'm thinking the guy lied or he bought one that was returned and resealed by the TRU store.

Some TRUs and TFCs were double struck. In my mind, as long as it is the same type of tape and same width and all, i think you should be ok.

It wasn't the same factory tape. But I've seen a similar situation when I bought a TRU Grapple a few weeks ago. I think it was returned and retaped by the store.

It came from Jersey, so it didn't even have to cross state lines to get to me.

The tape is blatantly different. The guy was selling a lot of stuff and seemed like a collector, so I don't know. It was also slightly bulged in the back, so I think it could have been opened and put back in.
