are you looking to define your abs, or lose some fat in the gut area?

as well as taking in less calories than you burn

you can work on the ab muscles but if you don't lose that layer of fat above them you will not see them.

if you are looking for specific ab exercises to get your abs stronger, let me know and i'll post some

:werd: to both of you. its all about diet, portion size, and getting in a good amount of cardio. before I lost almost 50lbs this year I used to do ab exercises on a regular basis. of course I wasn't eating great, and I ate a lot of food. when I started losing the weight it was a very easy formula, you just have to stick to it.

watch what you eat, how much you eat, do a good amount of cardio, and you'll take off the weight. I lose on average about 1.5-2lbs a week, and I've been doing that since the end of October.

Jae you need to eat a lot better than you are eating. You need a balanced diet.

mayo isn't that great for you, you should try to cut it out. maybe use mustard instead. you should try eating food as close to its natural state as you can. for the bread you use, switch to a multigran bread if you are using white bread.

yep. Also he should eat some vegetables as well.

Jae you should try to to eat a few more times a day, they don't have to be big meals, but just eat something healthy since spreading your meals throughout the day helps keep the metabolism up and the body doesn't think it is being starved and won't store what you take in as fat thinking it will need it for later use.
