I'd do the ticket thing again and again. Until he gets enough of them he'll quit.

 

Gotta be careful about that. Cops might get called and could find out it was him. Heres what my dad taught me from his old days in Newark. Get a pair of pliers and pull the valve stems. It costs like 10 bucks to fix but its a pain. And its cheap enough that the cops won't give a crap about it and won't come out or file anything.

 

You're gonna call the freakin cops on someone you share an apartment with? What the hell is that? Just tell him, "hey man, you shouldn't park in the handicap space."

 

tell him, if he keeps doing it. call the cops, if it really makes you that mad. i prolly wouldnt do that to one of my roommates tho, unless i hated them lol.

 

well, he's been kind of a stuckup douche lately and he and his girlfriend are getting a house, so they'll be out in like 3 weeks anyway....

Yeah, I'd still just tell him.

Best case scenario, he says, "ok."

If not, you say somethin like, "you're only here for 3 more weeks, I'd really appreciate you doing this favor for me."

If that still don't work, then maybe consider escalating.

 

How would he know he called the cops? You could just call it in anonymously.

 

Draw a wheelchair on a potato and stick it in his exhaust pipe. Also stick empty plastic bottles in his wheel wells with handicap pictures on it.
