Default what should I do about my roommate...

Ok here's the deal: My roommate always parks in one of the two handicap spots right in front of our apartment. This really annoys me since he is not in any way handicapped. Come on, the guy likes to run 3 miles a day sometimes. Anyway, I mean there will be a spot open right next to the handicap spot BUT NO that's not close enough for him. He's been doing it for a while now and it really bothers the hell out of me. I work nights at FedEx and I'd rather park like 100 feet away in the only open regular spot at 5 am when I get home than grab one of the open handicapped spots. Does this bother anyone else as much as it does me? What should I do about the situation?

Totally. I have a handcap placard but i try not to use it too much. Or if i know there are close spots next to the handcap then i'll park there, or used to before i sold my car.

I feel bad when I use the handicap bathroom stalls. But when you gotta go, you gotta go. I try to avoid taking up handicapped parking but if I need to get in somewhere real quick and I know I wont be long, I'm guilty. h:

My roommate does a lot of crap that pisses me off, but I don't want to create any extra confrontation with him and his anal rententive ass anymore than I have to. But maybe if I can call it in and get away with it without it coming back on me, I just might do that...

It's probably a better idea than what I had in mind, which was to sprinkle glass and metal shards all over the parking spot or block it off with orange road cones until he gets the picture, since he is like the only one that ever uses it. :rick:

Get a cheap wheelchair and bent it, putting it on his car so it makes it look like he hit it?
