It's okay I don't need it. I have 1 black tie and 1 sort of green tie. I haven't worn the green one in about 5 years. I used to wear it when I went on interviews but I don't bother anymore

Same here. I was told by a tailor that if the shirt is measured and fitted correctly it wont feel restricting but I still don't like them.

i kinda like wearing ties, on occassion. i tend to play with them too much though. but i wear them with random shirts and jeans usually. i've bought most of my ties at thrift stores.

I am the same way. It has to be the perfect length or else it doesn't look right to me. As for dressing I always like to dress nice and usually dress much nicer than my bosses.

I actually like to wear ties. I have atleast 30 of them. Since my office business casual 99% of the guys don't wear ties. When/if I wear a tie people look at me like wtf are you doing. I actually wished more people wore ties there so it wouldn't be so tabu to wear one h:

That is true Rick. If the shirt fits properly you will not feel restricted at all. A bad fitting shirt however will feel horrible.
