Default Workout Crew Update v.6.23.05

Hey everyone! How are your workout routines going? Are you sticking with it? What have you been doing?

As for me, I have been lifting 4 to 5 times a week, alternating between a full upper body workout and a leg workout. I also have been playing tennis almost every day, either early in the morning or in the evening after lifting. I have been feeling great doing this. I think tennis was the perfect form of cardio for me. I hat cardio since it is usually so boring but tennis is so much fun. It really is a full body workout and I feel so invigorated after playing. It also is amazing that I have been getting up at 6am to play. I am totally not a morning person.

I hope everyone else is doing well with their programs.

you noticing any differences? thats awesome that your hitting the weights and doing cardio.

I'm still a slave to the elipitcal machine 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. I'm still feeling great.

Well, actually, yes, I am doing better.

After putting some nutrients back into my body (and being sick from it for a couple of days), my arms are back to normal size after about 2 weeks of working out.

I have put on 8 pounds of muscle, to 4 pounds of fat. This is not the ratio that I want, but I think once my body is used to the calories again, it will become a better 80:20 percentage.

Went hard on back and bi's last night, though I am not sore this morning. This tells me a couple of things. I am not lifting enough weight, and I am getting an adequate amount of protein.

So yeah, now my new goal, since my initial was to get to 165 by August, is 175. And I want my arms to grow an inch in that time frame. That may seem a little drastic, but i have done it beofre, so I am going to try and do it again.

Good luck with everything guys. I know I am not on here to help as much as I used to be, but if you pm me questions, I will try and help when I get the time.

yeah I am seeing some amazing differences. The differences aren't showing much on the scale since while I am taking off fat I am building a lot of muscle. I do see the difference in the size of my muscles and even a little more definition as I am cutting away the fat. I think in another two weeks I will see a huge difference from now and it will further keep me motivated to continue this program. Even though I have been up for over 4 hours now I feel filled with energy, moreso than if I slept an extra 4 hours and I know I am burning calories all day. It's a truly great feeling

i found putting layers of sealant wax on my car during hot afternoons with the sun beating directly on me is a workout in itself.

i'm sweating profusely, im bending all over the place and working my arms everywhere.
