BMW Suspension... how does BMW do it?

If you take a brand new civic (with a fresh chasity) and do suspension (Including anti roll bars etc) and put $200/tire sport tires equal in width, you'd be suprized how close they are.

sure the civic may handle extremely well and make a huge difference for the better compared to stock, but it doesnt and wont ever drive like a bmw. not to say that the civic wont be able to out-handle a bmw on a course, it can of course... but it's not the same driving experience and feel.
