Err, I meant Twin Snakes...

I remember trying to talk to a guy on www.almenconi.com (even more severe than that website) and saying that the Xenogears/Xenosaga series was really about the nature of God and even if he exists. Next thing you know, he goes apeshit on me via email and does not email me anymore.

I should of told him to watch Evangelion too...

Back in the day, I had a friend whose parents were *uber* jesus freaks. The only games they had were bible related board games, and for NES they had some noah's ark game and that game in the link. It was horrible trying to play games at their house. I had to collect like, stone tablets and a goat or some shit to beat a level. I was like, well... I have Contra, wanna blow some stuff up?

They didn't h:

those reviews are there to inform parents of the contents of what is in it, not to force christianity on the masses. i like god of war and GTA and such alot, im not gonna let it "influence" me tho (because its not even possible). i want to be a pastor and im gonna let my kids play games like that within reason, but ill explain to them the differences from the game and reality. parents whose kids do stupid things are only blaming the media because if they didnt it would mean they are bad parents, and they will never admit they are regardless of how true it is. i think that if you dont want your kids playing those kinds of games, fine, its your decision cause your the parent, but dont have some stupid idea that violent games shouldnt be made cause even cartoons are violent (tom and jerry) to a certian extent.

The main problem with censorship, which this site can be a tool used to help that, is that someone has to know what to censor.
