Actually, NO.

The last time major rules were added/changed, in regards to the basement, was well over a year ago.

And if there are new ones, they're STICKIED on the top.

I am first to say HAN isn't perfect, and there is alot of room for improvement. There are alot of people that complain, and actually do something about it to help or fix it, I know who those people are and am thankful and greatful for their input and efforts. THEN there are others that just sit there and bitch and always are first to jump in to bitch. If you're not part of the solution, the just STFU.

what about a basementeque forum that was either unavailable below a certain post count or below a certain amount of time. That forum could be a little loser because you know everybody that is on it has put in their time on HAN....:exnbp: :flamesuit:
