As far as off-topic, alot has been tried and I think that admin's feel, the current state, is agreed upon as something that is beneficial.

I am no OG, but for someone who has been through the On-Topic and Upper Deck forum changes...I say just use what you have. Basement > *. If you dont like the environment here, whether it is too strict or whatnot...there are other forums that might cater to your liking. We shouldnt forget that this is a site focused around Hondas / Acuras and not towards off-topic mumbo-jumbo.

why the hell is everyones suggestion to leave? i didnt say anything to bash this place it was just an idea. and if this is a site focused on honda/acura, then why do we have an off topic? i figure its for all the off topic bullshit.

Ok so we have a topic which is stated in the thread title.
Now the body of text that follows after you click the title is called a post. Now this post is interesting in that it sets the full point of conversation for the thread..general basis of information, questions, etc.

good, now here is where it gets tricky...
Even though this is the off topic part of the board threads still get topics. What "off topic" means is that the topics in here fit in no other specific area of the forum....but they still have a topic and a line of reasoning to them.
Ok now did you follow that?
