Uh no. :slap:

It's a front wheel drive car. It will always understeer when power is applied.

It just so happens that an ITR has a thick rear sway bar that keeps it neutral in turns up until the point you put too much power to the front wheels at which point the fronts will break loose.

The regular ole DC Integra, not from the factory. Both it and the RSX can have their suspensions tuned to hang the tail out to a certain degree.

Makes sense.

What is the advantage of the DC's double wishbone front suspension over the RSX's MacPherson setup?

The advantage is that fanboys can complain about how the RSX sucks because it has struts so their old busted Integra or Civic or whatever is far superior.

im getting tired of people saying macpherson's suck on the rsx/new si just because its new to the honda world, whereas so many other manufacturers with awesome cars use the same setup. i think in general everyone is just so used to the doulbe wishbone design and the ease to make them very neutral and easy handling they don't give them a chance.

back on topic i think a used wrx would be a good buy and you could get it for that price as well. itr will be to much a hassle to find and your going to get a older car that is dope but dont turn into a type-R lover till you drive it and decide if its worth the hype.

honestly you shouldve just kep the gsr

Word. The E36 and E46 3-series cars used macphersons. Don't know if the E90 does.

If you got sick of the GSR, you'll get sick of the Type-R. I say try getting an SRT-4 or a WRX.
