First off, this is not a way to decide about buying a car, imo. You have to pick a car you want and for you own reasons, not because other people tell you stuff. Secondly, you will get a biased anwser here, this is an integra forum ;p Test drive the other car and buy whatever you like best.

To hell with your "friends".

It's your car.
It's your money.
The car should suit what you want.

That said, go right ahead and try a few other makes and models.
Just don't force yourself into a purchase for the wrong reasons.

Moved to The Basement.

drive it. if you love it, buy it. i"m keeping my civic and buying another car, because I still love it, and its worth more to me than a trade.

My honest opinion...if I was in a position to make that choice I would ditch the Teg in a heartbeat and grab a 2.5 without hesitation.

There is something to be said about AWD and a powerful motor with a comfortable interior and not so high on the theft list as a Teg.

I'm not a big fan of Subaru's and I'm not a big fan of LS Integras. You should get a newer GSR or a Prelude.

go test drive a few cars. never listen to your 'friends', ever. if you do, your explanation of why you dislike your car would be 'because my friends told me to get it'. if you drive something and like it, that's your decision.
