Yeah the 36 way is nice! Ive yet to do the rear sway but I hear it helps a TON, like its recomended as one of the first mods you do. Now I just have intake, magnaflow exhaust, 5zigen wheels, twm short shifter, and coilovers.

The boxer sound is awesome with the exhaust.
I have whiteline 22mm rear sway, kyb AGX, have tein springs on order, whiteline rear diff bushings and whiteline rear diff locks, weapon R intake, kartboy short shifter, perrin rear endlinks, whiteline front endlinks.

right now lookin for a 00-01 rear diff....I have a 99 with 00 diff right now, but it is on its way out....the whiteline or perrin anti lift kit is in the near future as well

Yes I have. In stock form it posts similar numbers to a 99-00 Civic Si, but because it has more torque feels a lot faster. It has AWD of course, which helps you get going in low traction situations. THe transmission wasn't as slick as my Si, but it felt pretty good. As far as mods go, you can get STi components for it, and the WRX and STi blocks drop into into it pretty easily.

Car and Driver got a 15 flat 1/4 mile out of it.

also the wrx and sti BLOCKS may be east to drop in, but the complete swaps are far from the simple B series swaps found in hondas.

Well, my friend ran a high 15 in the quarter mile in his, and as far as I can tell his 0-60 time is around 7-8 seconds, so that's where I got the conclusion from. I guess the high quarter mile time might be launch related :dunno:

And you're right about the swaps, I should've said the blocks are easily dropped in h:

Another thing is my Teg is killing me for insurance...gas is great, but i live in boston so they rape me with insurance...so how are the 2.5rs on insurance and gas?...and i will only be able to get a 98-00 max because of money issues...and oh yeah the thought of awd in the snow would have been great last snow storm when i drifted in a wide open parking lot for a good 30mins

I had full coverage on a 95 civic, and my insurance actually got cheaper with the 2.5RS. why do you want a 98? it was the worst year for the 2.5RS interior wise, and driveline wise.
