nah...i dont close my laptop at all anymore. On this new one, it shuts my computer off, so i just leave it open all the time...

she might be but I learned a long ago it's best when you don't assume anything.

Anyways, if you're talking about a pixel, and it's red, green, or blue, that means it's a stuck pixel, and can be rubbed out. In case you didn't know though, it's generally not a good idea to leave a laptop on all of the time, just because there's very little space in there and it heats up easier than a normal desktop would.

 

i wouldn't rub it. it doesn't work all the time and you can damage the surrounding pixels.

 

yeah thats how ours fry so quickly. my stepdad leaves his on all the time. he doesn't care though, he gets them for free.

I'm next in line h: i had one, but it really fried out, so i gave it to my friend's dad to tinker with. there's a really nice one in the attic, but the damn man won't let me have it we even have a word processor up in the attic :chuckles:
