I feel sorry for everyone involved except for the politicians who are using this for political gain and the crazy ass people who are labelling everyone who wants to let her finally pass on as murders.

 

if i were the supreme court i wouldn't hear this case either. too much of a case that would lead to future precedences.

 

Anyways, the Supreme Court would have no need. There's no obstruction of justice, the law has been clearly and repeatedly defined in the lower courts, and this is no longer a legal matter, but purely a political issue. Simple as that, and I can decide why they don't want to dirty their hands in it, especially since they've turned them down multiple times before.

 

This just in. THe federal supreme court just denied the lawyers request to review new evidence. This was the hearing held today at 3pm EST. After 3 hours they affirmed the lower courts decisions and told the Florida police and stuff not to intervene.

Hopefully they just let it go like this, but it seems good ol Jeb bush wants to take her away and let her become custody of the state...
