Default how many miles is too many miles?

as you guys all know, im in need of a car. im very much focused on getting another integra, 2 door. now i found a gsr, but it has 97000. mind you, im trying to finance it. they are asking 10500. now should i even consider it, even when it has 97000 miles on it, or wait?
btw its a 99.

nope, they're asking too much. I sold my gsr with 64k miles for $12.7k a year and a half ago. It was a 99, too.

Well you can easily get another 100k miles out of it if you maintain it properly.

Now on that note, Blue book value for a gsr with that amount of miles is ~$8,485...so I say no.

hahahaa. thing is, i need a co-signer because i dont have alot of credit history, thus i resort in talking to pop, last resort. he said, anything that is bought for that much, has to come from a dealership, otherwise hell no. i now brians was in imaculate condition, but it wasnt going to happen.
