Okay, it's clear -- but how would I go about envoking said "b-spec" mode, say before a race -- and how about during?

someone mentioned earlier about winning the special events 2nd race...well i did it and it gives you some good money

it is the capri rally and requires i think a "b" or "a" license...you are going against a 91 celica rally car ~ 200hp on city streets...it takes 2 races to win a 02 wrc celica (which doesn't exist as toyota is banned from WRC but it sells for $270k)...just did it and now i have money to buy other cars for other events
