Workout Squad!!!!! keepin up?
redlinerZ pulled it for lunch suggestions..
by the way josh's post is really good! he is right about exercising in the morning before u eat. great if u need to lose wt.. i did the same thing.. it flies off if u exercise in the morning before u eat. the fat and glucose stores/levels in the blood r at their highest then. normally your muscles burn off the glucose stores 1st, that takes about 20mins then u hit the fat stores all over the body.. so if u r exercising beyond 20 mins at a time, then its a bonus..
josh is smart to eat like he does every few hours, smaller meals. that keeps his blood glucose levels even and u dont get cravings, overeat or force your pancreas to produce too much insulin.. that sets up the, 'gotta eat junk now' and feel tired and hungry after an hour cycle..
diabetics type 2(still produce insulin just resistant) benefit from his thread.. some can avoid medication if they have the correct diet and exercise daily... type 1(dont produce insulin must take insulin) may benefit.. as we age we become insulin resistant..type 2 use to be seen in adults only. see it in all ages now due to the increased eating of bad food choices and no exercise..
