Workout Squad!!!!! keepin up?
yooooo,here comes the spring and the Summer! Im trying to get my body as ripped as possibe for beach season
ANyways I had a reaaally intense workout today, hit everything possible in my routine and gave good effort..I noticed alot of weight gain I need to start getting leaner..whats good with you guys? hows the routines workin? Please do tell.
Also anyone lookin for some good targeting workouts just let me know what you want to work and Il give you a routine..

i've gained 15 pounds since December. I'm looking for much much more. At the end of spring, i am then going to concentrate on lowering my bodyfat % more, since i gained some along with a lot of muscle mass.



I'm gonna lose about 20 more lbs in 6 weeks hopefully.
