I am with MFB, what does it matter they are Jews? I guess that just goes to show being an asshole is something that is blind to race or religion. I would reasonably and calmly talk with them about it, to start.
If that fails you can start being a dick when they strat hassling you, but nice is always the best way to start out.

i think he's just noting that they're jewish. i dont think he means anything by it. i'm sure if they were an asian couple or black couple, etc...he would have said the same thing

well my dad got in a shouting match with the wife once because she came over complaining our dog barks too much 
meanwhile, if i even step out the front door their dog jumps off the porch and will bark until i can't bark anymore.
