No exceptions. If I see them, you will be warned.
even if you put a smilie then a few random words/letters I still consider them to be smilie posts and I will warn you 3pts for smilie only posts.

This sticky has been here for a couple of months now and there are those that still do not comply with this rule.
This leaves us with no choice than to issue warning points (3pts) for a smiley only post.
