what to do if having a seizure?
If you seize, you can't do anything. Just pray that whoever happens to be around knows what to do, roll you on your side, hope you don't vomit into your clenched teeth and choke to death. It is very unlikely you will, it would take a while to build up enough of the med in your system, depends on the half life and rate of excretion/elimination
My father suffers from seizures and whenever he has a seizure we stand there and watch him convulse until he starts to snore hella hard....then once he starts snoring we push him and slap him until he gains conciousness..then once he is somewhat coherent we stuff pills down his throat...change his cloathes and the bed sheets cus he usually pisses himself and go back to sleep....sometimes my moms call me for help nad i just rolled over and went to sleep
its a 24-hr time released medication. i called my doctor today and he said it wont cause seizures but instead, lower your seizure threshold. therefore, if i am not prone to seizures, odds are i won't have one even on the medication.
There's not much you can do. You can inform your friends and family what not to do though.
Tell them to allow you to shake/move, their natural reaction will be to try to control your movements, don't allow them.
Just have them protect your head and airway (do NOT use a spoon, just hold the jaw open if necessary -- and if you're breathing fine, leave your mouth alone) and basically sit back and wait it out.
Sometimes it's good to move a person on their side, but it's not always feasable.
For you, you won't be able to do anything so you just gotta wait it out.

I'm surprised they started you off on bupropion hydrochloride since it seems like your depression is more of a mild case.
4 in 1,000 people taking 450mg had a siezure. Half of the people that had a siezure, in this study, also had a previous history of head injury, siezure or nervous system tumor.
Normal daily dosage is 300mgetc etc etc..
Call your doctor if you have one of the weird side affects (heart, restlessness, "excitement", "confusion" etc).
To reduce the risk of a seizure, take bupropion in 3 or 4 equal doses each day. Total daily dosage should not exceed 450mg, single doses should not exceed 150mg
alcohol increases the risk of siezure
Do not take a double dose if you forget one.
This is from "The Pill Book."

wellbutrin is suppose to give you more "energy" as well. during the initial stages i will experience restlessness and "disorientation" until my system adapts to the chemical changes.

It will be up to a month before you notice any real change, and even then it's not going to hit you like a train saying get off the tracks. It's an active process.
