It's all relative. I wouldn't pay much attention to the side affects when starting a drug, unless you notice it in extreme. It's likely to make you more apt to say 'oh I don't want to be on this anymore" etc etc etc etc etc...
It will be up to a month before you notice any real change, and even then it's not going to hit you like a train saying get off the tracks. It's an active process.
