There's not much you can do. You can inform your friends and family what not to do though.

Tell them to allow you to shake/move, their natural reaction will be to try to control your movements, don't allow them.

Just have them protect your head and airway (do NOT use a spoon, just hold the jaw open if necessary -- and if you're breathing fine, leave your mouth alone) and basically sit back and wait it out.

Sometimes it's good to move a person on their side, but it's not always feasable.

For you, you won't be able to do anything so you just gotta wait it out.
