would you be irritated?
ok, so i live on the bottom floor of my apartment comples, and i only have one big window. Above me is another apartment with a porch. They have so much crap on their porch, like planters and random junk.
But just the other day, they added birdbath and bird feeder. Problem is, they can't even see the bird feeders, since they hung the from the bottom of the railing on the porch.
So guess who gets to see these everytime she looks out her window, and guess what wakes her up every god damn morning now
My mom said I have every reason to be irritated since it was rude of them, but we're both anal. I just wanted to see if i was justified in being angry.
For reference, here's a pic of the building. My apartment would be in the middle on the bottom (behind that pole).

If not, then rip that shit out and throw it at their car.

if it doesnt break when it hits the ground, throw a cinder block onto it. if they confront you, confess that the wind must have knocked your cinder block off of your porch. if your cinder block breaks, demand that they replace it cuz its their birdfeeders fault that it broke to begin with. :goodjob:
I'm with you, Jess. It is rude of them to impose upon you.
FWIW, I'd first talk with your neighbors about it directly. If they blow you off or give you the runaround, then talk to the property managers. It is a nuisance issue after all.

EDIT: Or you could just repossess the offending feeder / birdbath and sell it. :rick:

h:Even if your neighbors are iceholes, they'd rather you ask them personally than having to have a documented issue with the property managers. If they don't respond to kindness, then report them. If that does nothing, I like the wind and the cinder block idea. That was funny.
